Bright ruby red in colour with purple highlights. Notes of cherry, plum and red fruit tending towards spices and scent of violet. Well-balanced and fruity with subtle tannins.
Vinification: Grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine. The destemming, crushing and fermentation processes take place at controlled
temperatures. Maceration on the skins with daily pumpovers. Part of the wine matures in oak barrels for 5 months.
